Location: Wolverhampton (Office-Based – Own Transport Required)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Contract: Temp to Perm (3 Months)

The Role
We are seeking a Scheduler / Project Co-ordinator to support the delivery of fire door and passive fire projects. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and residents, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and completed in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule works and coordinate operatives across multiple projects
* Liaise with clients and residents to arrange access within social housing environments
* Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to organise deliveries to site
* Support project delivery through effective planning and communication
* Review site information, photos, and reports to assist with completion documentation
* Maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
Requirements
* Experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role within construction or a related industry (essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Good IT skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
* Experience within passive fire, fire doors, or similar works
* Experience working within social housing or similar environments
