The Role We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, delivering an exceptional dining experience, and supporting the team to maintain our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service at all times. Lead by example, motivating and supporting the team to deliver a seamless dining experience. Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure efficient table turnover. Take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and assist with wine pairings when appropriate. Monitor food and beverage service to ensure high presentation and quality standards. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally. Train and mentor new and existing team members, fostering a positive work environment. A bout You We are looking for someone with: Previous experience in a restaurant supervisor or senior front-of-house role. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
