Business Development Manager
Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Package: Basic salary + uncapped commission + car allowance + strong benefits
A leading technology provider is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to win new customers and grow a small portfolio of existing private sector, education and housing accounts.
If you enjoy consultative selling, building long-term relationships and developing accounts over time, this role gives you the platform and the portfolio to make a visible impact.
The Role
Youll be responsible for both new business development and account growth, including:
* Identifying and winning new private sector customers
* Re-engaging dormant or underused accounts
* Growing revenue across a broad technology solutions portfolio
* Building strong relationships with IT, operational and procurement stakeholders
* Understanding customer priorities and positioning relevant solutions
* Managing renewals, proposals, commercial discussions and pipeline forecasting
* Working closely with technical teams and vendor partners to shape solutions
