Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Overview
Join our Credit Risk team as a Credit Customer Recoveries Advisor. Work with customers who have not made bill payments, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to agree a payment plan.
Responsibilities
* Take inbound and outbound calls to agree repayment plans with domestic and commercial customers.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Complete queries within agreed SLA’s.
Qualifications
* Experience working within a credit control or similar environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, interpret complex data and remain resilient.
* Solution focused mindset and strong customer service orientation.
