Programme Manager | Clean Water Infrastructure | Up to £90,000
I am working on a critical hire within one of the UK’s largest and most ambitious water infrastructure investment programmes.
With billions being invested into improving water quality, reducing leakage, tackling flooding and strengthening environmental resilience, this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering projects that will have a lasting impact across the region.
The programme
You will be joining a major, long-term infrastructure programme focused on clean water, storm overflow reduction and network improvements. Significant investment is being made to meet increasing regulatory demands and improve environmental performance, with a strong pipeline of work over the coming years.
The delivery model is highly collaborative, bringing together multiple partners across design, engineering and delivery to ensure projects are executed efficiently and at scale.
The role
This is a leadership position where you will take ownership of a multi-project programme, managing a team of 10–12 project professionals and ensuring delivery is aligned, structured and performing.
You will not be delivering projects directly, but you will be accountable for programme performance, requiring strong oversight, decision-making and the ability to challenge and guide your team.
This is a technically led role. You will need a strong understanding of water infrastructure to effectively challenge engineering decisions, oversee delivery, and ensure projects are being executed correctly.
You will report into a Senior Programme Manager and play a key role in shaping how the programme is delivered moving forward.
Location
Hybrid working with 2 days per week in Bath and 3 days working from home.
