Group Operations Manager - c£50,000 multi outlets East Sussex (Just 30mins from Lewes and 50 mins from Brighton)
This award wining independent group near Eastbourne is now seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced Group operations manage with a passion for great food and beverage service and and developing an amazing team across its diverse portfolio spanning fine dining restaurants, late bars, exceptional rosetted gastro pubs, with bedroom stock and new ventures coming on in 2026/2027
This is a 2 part role both hands on and strategic as they look to further grow the offerings, companies presence and portfolio. Strong commercial and financial acumen will be essential coupled with the ability to evidence your understanding of multi outlet accountability
as Group Operations Manager will be happy taking the helm driving service levels within exceptional settings.
Able to control and manage a department with c£3-6m turnover.

Hands on by nature, this role will require someone to lead by example, support your teams and demonstrate excellence on the floor whilst having the ability to look at the groups bigger picture, passions and growth plans ensuring fiscal and commercial objectives are met
The Group Operations Manager role will be reporting into the Group Operations Director and MD, is a 5/7 working week with evening and weekend essential.
