Engineering Manager - Major Infrastructure (Sellafield)

Salary: circa ~£79,000-£85,000 + package

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an Engineering Manager to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor.
This is a senior role overseeing engineering delivery across complex civils packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead engineering teams across multiple work packages
* Manage design coordination, technical assurance and delivery
* Review and approve engineering documentation and methodologies
* Interface with design, construction and commercial teams
* Ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer on major infrastructure projects
* Strong civils background (RC structures, drainage, heavy civils)
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
* Familiarity with NEC contracts and regulated environments
* Degree qualified (or equivalent)
