Now looking for a Chef de Partie
The primary mission is to deliver Overwhelming Service. A Sous chef is expected to be a leader and really wants to lead. You are a leader who is showing the way and secures our way of working in the kitchen.
You work mainly as a chef 2-3 days a week shoulder to shoulder with the Head Chef. You have knowledge on products, allergens, direct costs, waste control, inventory and team costs to support the Head Chef on making orders and leading the kitchen team towards the goals.
Expectations: You have deep insight and knowledge on our food menu. Allergens and how the menu should be served.
You have insight and follow the routines for our Self-control/HACCAP
You study and train yourself in our menus and products
You deliver overwhelming service by making the food according to Kitchen Book
You follow our safety routines for the kitchen
Tasks during service: Prepare for the shift and control pre booked menus
Answer questions. You assist the service staff by answering questions about the preparation of the food, allergies and special orders
Good quality. You should make the food according to the recipes in kitchen book and the quality that is expected
Multitasking. You have a good overview of your station, you can plan and youre always one step ahead
Keep it nice and tidy. You are responsible for your work station To keep it organized and clean according to fixed routines
Receive and ordering of goods
Teamplayer - You help out! It may happen that you get to help in other areas or functions of the business if there is a need!
