We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join our full time team on an afternoon contract. The role will start in September and will involve a minimum of 25 hours working in schools delivering PE, after school clubs and wrap around care as well as the opportunity to work additional hours in our holiday clubs.

About the Role
As a Sports Coach / PE Teacher, you'll be delivering high-quality PE lessons in primary schools, supporting school staff with professional development, and running extracurricular clubs. You'll work with Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils, helping to develop their skills and confidence in sports.
During school holidays, you'll take an active role in our Total Sports Holiday Clubs, ensuring children have an exciting, engaging, and active experience.
What You'll Do
Teach PE lessons in primary schools
Lead sports and activity clubs before & after school
Support school staff with CPD training
Deliver fun, structured activities at our holiday clubs
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We're Looking For
Passionate about working with children and delivering engaging sports sessions
Experience coaching or teaching primary school-aged children
Strong behaviour management & communication skills
A reliable team player with a proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
Full UK driving licence or reliable transport
Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential but Preferred)
BTEC / Degree in PE / Sport (or currently working towards one)
QTS or HLTA qualification
Paediatric First Aid certification
Additional coaching qualifications in multiple sports
Hours & Pay
Term Time: Minimum 25 hours per week
School Holidays: Up to 45 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro rata
Salary: From £1,200 - £1,450 per month (dependent on experience)
