What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating offers and closing property sales
* Generating new business and winning instructions
* Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and applicants
* Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
* Providing outstanding customer service at all times
* Contributing to the success and growth of the branch
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in residential property sales (essential)
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confident, professional and well-presented
* Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
* Knowledge of Forest Hill / South East London (advantageous)
* Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
* A proactive and professional approach to estate agency
