We are looking for someone who is confident and academically strong with a minimum of C/4 grade in Maths and English, with excellent communication skills. Preparing resources Listening to the children read; marking the children's work Cover playtime duty; Working as part of team Attending staff meetings and training as appropriate The training you will be getting Upon completion of this apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. This Level 3 apprenticeship is expected to last a period of between 12 –18 months. You will attend live tutor led sessions 2 days every month (1 day every other week which will either be via ZOOM or in person depending on your location) and participate in online interactive learning via our bespoke innovative platform OLLIE. Your Tutor will also visit you in the workplace for 1-2-1 Tutor sessions during the program. The course content includes a range of topics which make up the variety of knowledge, skills and behaviours of what makes for a highly competent and professional TA. By acquiring these elements, you will graduate the apprenticeship a fully competent and well trained Teaching Assistant.
