Sales and Customer Service Executive Our Client is an established training provider working with organisations and government departments across the UK. Based in the centre of Brighton, they currently seek a Sales and Customer Service Executive to join their team and act as the first point of contact for clients wishing to register for training courses. Day to day activities include: * Responding to email and web enquiries regarding specific courses. * Qualifying customer requests, undertake course bookings and sending customers relevant paperwork for completion. * Liaising with third party partners and advising on available course offerings * Utilising and updating CRM system. * Updating internal stakeholders as to enrolment goals. In return, you will be given a basic salary of 24k-26k with a realistic OTE of 29k-31k (year one). For further information please apply below
