The Headteacher of one of our local Community Schools in the Blackburn area is looking to recruit for an experienced School Administrator who has experience within this type of office support role.
The role does require you to have a very strong knowledge of SIMS, FMS and CPOMS and you must be confident working in a busy school office environment. The role would also include processing orders and invoices efficiently. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday and you would need to be able to work the hours of 8am to 4pm.
The role is to cover a maternity leave, there would be a handover period of two weeks where you are able to work alongside the present administrator, the role is to start within the next six weeks and will be required until July 2026. Therefore, holding a valid and updated DBS would be of an advantage.
The required experience for this role;
* Previous experience within a school office
* SIMS, FMS and CPOMS understanding of reporting
* Knowledge of processing orders and invoices
