Our client are a family run FMCG organisation who have been trading for over 30 years and as a company have grown from strength to strength. There are now looking to hire a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
Your Role:
As a Lead Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the following.
Leading and Managing a Team of 2/3 maintenance technicians
Training and mentoring your team,
Overseeing and conducting PPM's and Reactive Maintenance
Attending breakdowns
Electrical & Mechanical fault finding on PLC's, Motors, Production lines and control panels, conveyors.
Have the opportunity to get involved on-going site projects & continuous improvement
Getting involved with H&S protocols and making changes where required
Candidate Requirements:
Apprenticeship qualified, equivalent or qualified by experience
Proven track record working as a Senior / Lead Engineer in a manufacturing Environment
Proven track record with high speed processing machinery
Proven track record with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, Electrical Fault finding, Control Panels,
Flexible and open to working weekends when required
Electrically Biased (Desirable)
PLC Fault Finding (Desirable)
Welding & Fabrication (Desirable)
