McDonnell Caravans is looking for a sales advisor based at the Gayton Head Office with occasional visits to seven holiday parks across West Norfolk. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to post‑sale support, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and referrals.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers.
* Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to post‑sale support.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and referrals.
* Support holiday park sales teams across West Norfolk.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Customer‑focused mindset with a keen interest in sales and holiday home / touring caravan ownership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience in a customer‑facing role (preferred).
