What You’ll Be Doing
As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, your role will include:
* Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning environments
* Promoting cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the nursery
* Supporting the key person approach to build secure relationships with children
* Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement
* Upholding the EYFS framework and nursery policies
✅ What You’ll Need
* Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
* Experience with under 2s – Essential
* Fluent English (written and spoken) – Essential
* 1+ Year in Early Years – Desirable
* Knowledge of EYFS & Safeguarding – Desirable
