You’ be responsible for sourcing, forecasting, supplier management, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate forecasting and purchasing activities, including placing purchase orders and maintaining our inventory management systemSource new products and identify potential suppliers to diversify and expand our offeringAnalyse product margins to ensure profitability and make data-informed decisions on selection and pricingMonitor and maintain supplier quality control to uphold our high product standardsGenerate detailed reports and conduct data analysis to guide purchasing strategyTrack supplier production timelines to ensure on-time deliveryOversee product and brand control, including packaging requirements, product descriptions, and regulatory complianceDevelop and implement sourcing and supplier management strategies to improve efficiency and performanceMeet company buying targets through strategic procurement and supplier negotiationsMaintain clear, accurate records of orders, production progress, and supplier performanceWho We’re Looking ForProven negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationshipsHighly organised, with excellent planning and multitasking abilitiesCommercially aware and comfortable making data-driven decisions that benefit the businessAnalytical and process-oriented thinker with strong numerical skillsA problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectivelyPrevious experience in procurement or purchasing roles is preferred, though we also welcome candidates with the drive to learn (comprehensive in-house training provided)Desirable ExperiencePrior experience sourcing consumer goods directly from AsiaFamiliarity with inventory management systems or ordering softwareWe welcome candidates with a drive to learn regardless of experience, comprehensive in-house training will be providedPermanent / Full-Time RoleSalary £28,000 - £34,000 per year, depending on experience
