About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary Mental Health team. This is a full-time position offering a varied and rewarding caseload, working across a range of specialties including:
* Personality Disorders (PD)
* Functional Neurological Disorders (FND)
* Bipolar Disorder
* Psychosis
* Brain Trauma
* Learning Disabilities (LD)
You will play a vital role in supporting service users to develop independence, enhance their quality of life, and achieve meaningful recovery goals through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess the occupational needs of clients and develop person-centred treatment plans.
* Provide individual and group interventions focusing on recovery, function, and wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff.
* Contribute to care planning, risk assessment, and discharge planning.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.

About You
* HCPC registered Occupational Therapist (essential).
* Experience within a mental health setting (community or inpatient).
* Strong communication, organisational, and clinical reasoning skills.
* Compassionate, resilient, and committed to promoting recovery and independence.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously within a supportive team.
