The Role

TSCG is seeking a skilled, organised, and enthusiastic Catering & Hospitality Technicianto support the smooth running of our thriving Hospitality and Catering department based at our Altrincham Campus.
About You
If you are passionate about your specialist subject, eager to share your knowledge, skills, and experience, and enthusiastic about supporting learners, then now is the perfect time to join us! In this role you will be responsible for :
* Preparing and maintaining kitchens, equipment, and resources for practical teaching sessions.
* Supporting teaching staff during lessons and demonstrations.
* Monitoring and maintaining food stock, ordering supplies as required.
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic learning environment in line with health and safety regulations.
* Assisting with college events and hospitality services, showcasing student and departmental excellence.
What We’reLooking For
* Experience in the catering/hospitality industry (professional kitchen)
* Level 2 qualification in hospitality
* A strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
* A commitment to supporting young learners and promoting high standards.
* Someone who would like to potentially develop in their role.
