PHL Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to join our growing Healthcare Division, focusing on new service development and implementation. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and oversee the launch of new services, particularly in the private healthcare sector. You will play a key role in shaping our service delivery, supporting commercial decisions, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams (clinical, governance, HR, finance) to deliver service projects.
* Act as the primary project lead, ensuring project objectives are met within agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Collaborate with the PMO to align with organisational frameworks and project management methodologies.
* Manage project budgets and ensure cost control in line with financial goals.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Present regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
* Maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in the health or wellbeing sector (neurodiversity services is a plus).
* Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting business strategies.
* Track record of managing project budgets and deadlines.
* Experience in product development and launching healthcare services.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
