Located in a quiet residential area, we prioritize happiness for both children and staff, ensuring a family-like atmosphere where everyone can thrive.*About the Role*As a Senior Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing space for children to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include:* Planning and supervising play-based activities to support learning and development.* Observing and assessing children’s progress, keeping accurate records.* Preparing snacks and mealtimes, ensuring a clean and safe environment.* Communicating effectively with parents and guardians.* Enjoying outdoor play, outings, and embracing creative and messy activities!* Nursery Key Holder* Deputising for the Room Lead on her Days off* Additional responsibilities such as Outings Organiser, Charity Events Lead etc depending on your interests*Qualifications & Experience** *Level 3* childcare qualification required* Knowledge of the *Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)* is desirable.* Previous experience in a similar childcare role is required* Paediatric First Aid certificate*Working Hours** *Full-time:* Up to *40 hours* per week.* *Part-time:* *20–30 hours* per week (2–3 full days).* Standard *37-hour* workweek over *4 days*.* *Paid overtime* or *TOIL* for additional hours.*Training & Development*We invest in our team!
