Communicate effectively with service users, families and professionals, respecting confidentiality at all times. Support service users with meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and participation in social events. Maintain accurate notes and records as required. Work as part of a team to deliver high quality care. Personal Characteristics Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one). Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Passion for working with vulnerable adults. Commitment to safeguarding and achieving high standards of care.
