About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior MEP Revit Technician to join our growing engineering/design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience working on building services projects across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
You will support senior engineers and technicians in producing high-quality Revit models and technical drawings for a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining MEP models using Autodesk Revit
Prepare coordinated drawings, layouts, and schedules under supervision
Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (architecture and structure)
Update models and drawings based on design changes and mark-ups
Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project requirements
Assist with document control and model organization
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to meet deadlines
Requirements
Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Building Services, Engineering, or a related field
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Revit MEP
Understanding of MEP systems and building services fundamentals
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
