Join to apply for the Associate Data Product Manager role at Specsavers.
Are you ready to help shape the future of data at Specsavers? We’re looking for an Associate Data Product Manager who’s passionate about turning strategic vision into real, impactful data products that make a difference for our customers and colleagues around the world.
Imagine being at the heart of a team that’s changing lives through better sight and hearing. As an Associate Data Product Manager, you’ll work closely with the Data Product Manager to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans. You’ll be the go-to person for delivery teams clarifying priorities, resolving blockers, and ensuring that every sprint delivers value. Your work will help ensure our data products are not just built, but built right, meeting business needs and driving Specsavers’ mission forward.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience in a similar product or data-focused position, and you’re comfortable working with both technical and business teams. You’ll bring a strong understanding of data concepts like data quality, governance, modelling, and architecture and you know how to manage a backlog, support agile delivery, and turn business requirements into technical solutions. Your skills with data visualization tools and data platforms will help you validate work, prioritise enhancements, and champion continuous improvement.
What sets you apart is your ability to communicate and collaborate across disciplines and regions, building relationships and driving decisions that keep projects moving. You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Your proactive, problem-solving mindset means you’re always looking for ways to remove blockers and make things better for the team, for end users, and for the business.
If you’re ready to join a team where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, this is your opportunity. Apply now and help Specsavers deliver data products that change lives for the better.
