*****We are creating a brand-new marketing role.*****
We're looking for an ambitious, creative marketer to take responsibility for our marketing strategy and take our advertising to the next level - driving lead generation, sales growth and brand awareness with a core focus on digital, social platforms and trade events and including wider above-the-line (ATL) channels such as OOH, Radio and TV. This is a chance to shape a role from the ground up, managing a budget and developing a plan which delivers measurable results both strategically and tactically - making a real impact.
You will work closely with the company directors and a talented team, managing all digital and social platforms, developing and activating multi-channel campaigns and capturing photo and video content. In this role you will use analytics and metrics to refine strategy and measure success.
What we're looking for:
* A confident, proactive, positive and creative individual. Ideally a recent graduate or early-career marketeer that has knowledge of the construction or trades industry (but not essential)
* Digital and social media savvy, with an interest in multi-channel marketing, SEO and maximising exposure for the business at trade events.
* Marketing position focused on driving leads, sales, and measurable business.
What we offer:
* £34,000–£36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + a profit-related bonus
* Company vehicle after probation.

* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
* 28 days holiday, increasing to 34 with long service
