If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). These needs can include: ️ Communication difficulties Emotional and behavioural challenges Medical needs such as epilepsy Mental health concerns like anxiety and depression You’ll be working with students from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, helping them grow in confidence and thrive in an inclusive learning environment. What will you do in this role? As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* ️ Support the classroom teacher in delivering the curriculum in small groups or 1:1 settings
* ️ Build meaningful and trusting relationships with students
* ️ Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for all

Passionate about supporting students with additional needs From a sports background – whether that’s coaching, studying a sports degree, or playing competitively ️ Strong in communication and behaviour management Experienced (preferred but not essential!) – if you have personal or professional experience with SEN and the drive to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
