Job Description
Time Appointments have been instructed to recruit for multiple Showroom Retail Manager’s to join their business. The successful candidate will play an integral role heading up the brand-new show room in either Ipswich, Colchester or Bury St Edmunds.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous management experience gained from a showroom environment, or similar
* Strong IT experience
* Strong leadership and organisation skills
* Excellent Communication and customer service abilities
* UK Driving licence
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth and profitable turnover
* Oversee daily operations
* Sales and quoting, creating quotes and closing sales.
* Following up on all unsold appointments
* Key holder duties – opening and closing showroom
* Building brand awareness
* Recruit, train and coach the inhouse team.
