We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a distribution centre team as soon as possible. This role involves supporting key administrative processes related to inbound and outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to account queries, intercompany queries, and supplier invoice queries across the group.
Ensure full compliance with company administration policies and procedures.
Complete all administrative tasks accurately, efficiently, and with excellent office housekeeping.
Participate in stock-take activities as required.
Support warehouse operations with general administrative duties as directed by your line manager.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Knowledge of office systems, processes, and documentation.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual lifting as required.
Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced warehouse environment
