We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. The team get together about once or twice a week in either London or Folkestone. You will need to be in a commutable distance. Ensure that reports and dashboards are insightful and align with business objectives Collaboration with Stakeholders: Working closely with business stakeholders and technical colleagues to understand analytical requirements and integrate insights into existing workflows & applications. Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical counterparts Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the quality and integrity of data used for analysis, implementing and maintaining data governance best practices. Collaborate with IT and data teams to resolve data quality issues Agile ways of working: Demonstrate experience in working in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, and adapting to changing priorities Continuous improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. Bring the most relevant ones back to Saga and find ways to implement them to unlock business value The Ideal Candidate Working as a Senior Data Analyst at Saga, you will work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs across marketing functions and our business units. You will be passionate about the accuracy of data and insights. Ideally have gained exposure in a Data Analyst role with large customer data sets and can demonstrate the following skills and experience: Proven experience in an analytical role, with a track record of successful project delivery Can analyse complex data challenges, identify solutions and implement effective strategies Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
