Rate of Pay: £15.49 - £19.63 per hour
Summary:
The IT Support Officer will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking IT team, providing first-line technical support and delivering high-quality service desk support. The role involves working closely with Technical Analysts to support Digital, Data, and Technology services while ensuring excellent customer service with strong technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk
* Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues
* Assist with hardware commissioning and decommissioning
* Support a wide range of general IT support tasks
* Work collaboratively with Technical Analysts and wider IT teams
* Contribute to the delivery of Digital, Data, and Technology services
Essentials:
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
