Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at HPL Motors. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding automotive experiences.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, providing a warm welcome.
* Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Organize and maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional environment.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
