Hygiene Operative – Fradley Park, Lichfield. £15.00 - £22.50 per hour
Gi Group are recruiting for Hygiene Operative (Food Production Environment - Night Shift) working for a major Salad production company in Lichfield, Fradley Park.
Hours of Work
4 on 4 off Shift Pattern; 19:00 - 05:45
Rates of Pay
Night Shift: Basic Pay £15.00 per hour, Overtime Pay paid at Time & 1/2 (£22.50 per hour). Overtime Premium after 48 Hours.
Free Transport provided from Burton (DE14), Lichfield & Tamworth (B79).
Your time at work
* You will be working in a Hygiene Operative role in a chilled and wet environment cleaning the lines using a water pressure gun, cleaning the walls, ceiling and floor using the squeegee mop. Ensuring that all duties within the defined area are performed to the highest accuracy and standard.
* You will be trained in using cleaning chemicals, ensuring that all Health and Safety are always adhered to.
* Report any chemical hazards, equipment defects, machine faults, incidents and accidents to management immediately.
* Demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of work to ensure quality of service.
* Maintain good housekeeping.
Previous experience in a Hygiene Operative role desirable but not essential.
