Role Overview:
As a successful Future Teacher, you'll assume the role of a Cover Supervisor within a secondary school in Salisbury. Your duties will entail stepping in during short-term teacher absences, ensuring seamless continuity in student learning by overseeing tasks set by the absent teacher. While active teaching, marking, or planning is not required, you'll provide essential supervision, delivering a high-quality learning experience and gaining invaluable insights into the teaching profession.

* Familiarize yourself with school policies and understand their rationale for development
* Master the syllabus in your subject area and explore how your degree knowledge can be applied, presenting this to the school
* Support students in coursework and exam preparation
