Overview
We’re hiring SEN Teaching Assistants for an all-through special needs school in Slough, starting September 2025. Roles are full-time, long-term, with PAYE only. We will match you to the site in Slough that best fits your background, whether you have experience in primary or secondary settings.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils with a range of needs: ASD, MLD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD
* Deliver structured 1:1 or small group interventions
* Support pupils with communication, sensory, or personal care needs
* Work as part of a committed team in a Slough-based SEN school
* Help students build confidence, independence, and emotional resilience
What You Need
* At least 6 months\' experience in a UK school (as a TA, LSA, or Support Worker)
* Strong experience with special educational needs (ASD and MLD essential)
* Two recent school-based references
* A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach
* A real desire to make a difference as a SEN Teaching Assistant
