234210 PPP Contract Manager (KA)

Responsibilities
* Provide commercial and financial leadership, oversight, risk management and direction for the PPP portfolio.
* Manage performance, end‑of‑contract term arrangements, life‑cycle investment, change management and dispute processes.
* Oversee division of services provided in‑house or under contract.
* Engage with commercial providers, negotiate, influence and lead within clinically sensitive and demanding environments.
* Apply experience from facility management, building management/surveying, finance, commerce or accountancy to develop, negotiate, tender and manage complex high‑value contracts, such as PFI/NPD.
Qualifications
* Holder of a degree and a relevant post‑graduate qualification in facility management, building management/surveying, finance, commerce or accountancy.
* Significant post‑qualifying experience in the delivery of quality commercial and contract management services.
* Demonstrated experience in complex commercial or healthcare environments, with strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.
* Excellent analytical and judgment skills to address highly complex facts and situations incorporating legal, commercial, technical, construction and clinical information.
