Key Responsibilities
* Work harmoniously with colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.

* Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with all policies.

* Stay informed about product features, promotions and pricing to provide customers with useful advice.
* Help set up and execute in‑store promotions and displays to drive sales.
* Build strong connections with customers, engaging to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, supporting a high‑performing workplace.
* Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
