3. Accurately process payroll for employees in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
4. Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up to date and accurate.
5. Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to ensure seamless payroll operations.
7. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
8. Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory deductions.
9. Assist with audits and provide necessary payroll documentation when requested.
10. Continuously review payroll processes and suggest improvements where applicable.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
12. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software.
13. An understanding of tax regulations and statutory requirements.
14. An understanding of Irish law.
15. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
