About the Role
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Assembly Operatives to join our busy team in South Birmingham.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling blinds, using power tools, and preparing products for dispatch. Youll play a vital part in making sure our high-quality products are ready to ship to customers across the country.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling blinds to specification
* Cutting materials accurately and safely
* Using hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
* Picking and packing orders
* Loading and unloading blinds ready for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We\re Looking For
* Previous experience in a hands-on or manufacturing role is preferred
* Comfortable using power tools and handling materials
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and meet production targets
* Physically fit and able to handle manual work
* A team player with a positive attitude
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.21 per hour
* Full-time, stable work Monday to Friday
* Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
* Training and support provided
* Friendly team environment
