Are you passionate about cooking and eager to share your knowledge with others? ProCook is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
This is a part-time 12hrs/week position based in our Store in Edinburgh.
Your Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome and assist customers in their shopping journey.
* Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our wide range of kitchenware and cookware products.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
* Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
* Participate in product training and stay informed about new items.
* Help with stock replenishment and inventory management.
What We Are Looking For:
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
* Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
* A positive attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a supportive atmosphere.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
* Comfortable using technology and familiar with point-of-sale systems.
* Must be at least 18 years old due to key-holder responsibilities.
