Reporting to, and working in conjunction with, a Managing Director who is highly driven and passionate about the business, the Finance Director will be instrumental in streamlining and improving processes across the organisation with a focus on total business development and growth. Ensuring financial controls and the commercial framework are highly robust and designing and driving sustainable, profitable growth while providing sound financial and commercial guidance for the direction of the entire business
The Finance Director is the senior executive accountable to the CEO and Board of Directors for managing the company's financial health and long-term growth by establishing financial and commercial strategies, overseeing finance, accounting and tendering operations, providing coherence between the Finance and Commercial departments, and providing comprehensive reports.
