The Role
You will work on a broad, high-quality mix of matters, including:
* Strategic HR advisory work and complex employment litigation
* Global employment projects and multi-jurisdictional workforce issues
* Corporate and M&A support, including restructurings and TUPE-related matters
* Investigations, DEI initiatives, senior exits, outsourcing, and sensitive advisory work
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across multiple offices and jurisdictions, contributing to large-scale international projects while developing long-term relationships with high-profile clients.
About You
This role will suit:
* Qualified Solicitor - 5 + years PQE with PQE gained specialising in employment law within a leading commercial law firm
* Previous transactional support experience
* Able to lead on large complex matters and advisory work
* Strong communication and client management skills and demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional client service
