An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team of 10 in the Birmingham office. Supported by a Director with over 15 years’ experience, this team is truly collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing, contributing significantly to the success of the wider Birmingham office.
You’ll also be part of the broader Birmingham office community, with over 70 specialist consultants working across multiple industries, giving you access to expertise, support, and cross‑specialism collaboration.
Your New Role
As a Recruitment Consultant in Education, you’ll focus on recruiting for local schools’ day‑to‑day and permanent staffing needs. This is a dynamic and rewarding market where you’ll play a key role in supporting schools and candidates alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing partnerships with both new and existing clients and candidates.
* Delivering outstanding service to your portfolio of customers.
* Partnering with new candidates and supporting them to achieve their career ambitions.
* Managing the full recruitment process — from shortlisting through to offering successful candidates their new roles.
