Forward Role are working with one of the most exciting sportwear brands on the market right now to recruit a Brand Manager.
They are a cutting edge, fashion forward brand that covers fashion, sport and outdoor wear.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence in the marketplace.
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can identify consumer needs and position products and campaigns to serve them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks.
Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale).
Monitor marketing trends and analyse competitive products in the marketplace.
Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning.
Serve as the key marketing point of contact for cross-functional teams.
Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product flows.
Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns.
Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team.
Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within the established frameworks.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of marketing, including advertising, market research, consumer behaviour, and marketing analytics.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working for a sports or clothing brand is preferred.
Self-motivated, positive, and a problem-solver.
Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
Proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
