Provide & receive complex yet routine information on all matters relating to the 2016 Junior doctor contract & core Medical Staffing advice to departments and doctors.
Establish & maintain effective working relationships with local GP practices who have hosted GP resident doctors in placement.
Create doctors entriesfor HealthRota / rostering software to allow allocation to relevant rotas.
Issue work schedules to new starters in the relevant timeframe.
To assist with the creationof staff records held on ESR, ensuring data quality and compliance with security and governance policies. To ensure that information collected is entered accurately onto the ESR system.
Raise SR3’s (amendment to terms and conditions) as applicable, in line with Trust.
Timely management of maternity leave actions. Ensuring all information is shared with relevant department & payroll.
