About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You will motivate the team and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead in ensuring customers have a great experience, whether in store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and maintaining high standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked and appealing
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

You’ll be reliable with natural leadership abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should support an inclusive culture that values diversity.
