We're hiring Production Operatives to join a busy flower factory in Newport (HU15 area). This is ongoing, full-time work with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Sunday to Wednesday & Friday. The hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm - must be flexible as some days you may be asked to stay later. Days Off: Thursday & Saturday
Applicants must have their own transport as there is no public transport to the site.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative you will be working in a vibrant production environment, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Creating and assembling hand-tied flower bouquets
- Trimming and preparing fresh flowers
- Wrapping, packaging, and boxing arrangements for dispatch
- Labelling and quality checking floral products
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Meeting daily production targets in a team setting
