Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Head Chef located across Notth Wales. The Executive Head Chef will oversee a number of our restaurants across North Wales and aid us in our 2026 expansion plans. We are looking for someone to lead our teams and bring on new and excpetional talent.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in professional cooking, menu development, and food presentation in a range of cuisines
* Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience maintaining hygiene standards
* Budget management, inventory control, and supplier relationship skills
* Creativity and passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to develop innovative dishes
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
* Prior experience in running an upscale or high-quality kitchen is preferred
* Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience
