Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Bath. The Social Media Manager will develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across various platforms. Key responsibilities include creating captivating content, scheduling posts, analysing campaign performance metrics, and staying up to date with social media trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies with overall marketing goals will be an integral part of daily tasks.
Qualifications
Experience in Social Media Management, including strategy development and platform-specific expertise
Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling for social media content
Analytical skills for Social Media Metrics and Data Analysis to measure campaign performance
Knowledge of Marine Industry or luxury markets is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Bath
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
