Key Responsibilities Manage your own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion Provide high-quality legal advice and service to clients Meet with clients, take instructions, and offer practical guidance Handle a range of conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New builds Help to Buy Shared ownership Draft legal documents, contracts, and correspondence tailored to client needs Supervise and support junior team members (paralegals, trainees, assistants) Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments Requirements Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset If you would like more information on the role please contact Ellie at Puro Associates on e.hickling@puroassociates.com or 01904 571760.
