Using your experience and values-driven approach, you will shape and deliver our recruitment strategy across our 3 main campuses. This pivotal role is essential in maximising our ability to attract, recruit and retain people who share in our vision and values. Taking the lead on end to end recruitment activity, your knowledge of different approaches, the local labour market, candidate trends, and stakeholder management will allow you to recruit all roles in an effective, compliant, and quality driven way.
